"Refund took a few days but came through"
I booked tickets on District and ended up cancelling them later. The refund wasn’t instant like I was hoping, and I think I had to wait around a few days, maybe a bit more than expected. It did come back in the end, so that part was fine. I just wish the updates were clearer because I kept checking my account every few hours. Overall, not a terrible experience, just kind of average.

"Booking Didn’t Show Up"
I booked a table through district, but when I got to the restaurant, they had no record of it at all. No booking, no confirmation on their end, nothing. We still had to wait for a table anyway, which was really annoying because the whole point of booking ahead was to avoid waiting. Support was slow too, slow to respond and not very helpful. if the booking doesn’t actually show up and support is that slow, I don’t see the point. Definitely not using it again for dinner plans.

It took a bit of time, but everything worked fine in the end. A friend actually recommended it to me, and overall I’m happy I gave it a try.

"Works When It Wants To"
Tried to cancel my booking the whole thing felt like it only works when it wants to. Support took forever to get back to me, and the refund update dragged on way longer than it should have. Definitely not the smooth experience I was expecting.

"Payment failed, money still missing"
My payment didn’t go through, but the money was still taken from my account. The refund is still pending and it just feels really frustrating and wrong. I don’t know what’s going on, but I’m not happy about it.

"Pretty easy app to use"
I’ve been using district.in for a while now, and it’s been simple to use. The pages load fast, booking feels clear, and I don’t have to tap around a bunch just to find what I need. The layout is clean too, not confusing like some other apps I’ve tried. Payment went through fine for me as well. Overall, it’s been a good experience so far, with no major issues.

Most days my account works without any real issues, but every now and then I’ll try to log in and it just gets stuck. I usually have to back out and try again before it finally lets me in. It’s not a huge problem, but it does get a little annoying when I’m just trying to access my account quickly.

The prices looked reasonable at first, but then extra charges started showing up close to checkout. I think most customers don’t mind paying fees if they’re clear from the beginning, but it’s frustrating when the total keeps changing at the last minute. I spent time comparing options thinking I knew the cost, only to end up seeing a higher amount later with no clear breakdown. For shoppers like me, that just makes the whole experience feel misleading and inconvenient.

I saw several seats showing as available, but when I clicked on them, some had already disappeared or were no longer actually available. It was frustrating because I thought I had found good options, only to lose them right away. it left me feeling disappointed and a bit let down

"Convenience fee was a bit much"
I booked tickets on district.in and honestly, the convenience fee felt way too high. The price looked okay at first, but then at checkout it suddenly jumped — which is frustrating. I just wish they showed the full amount earlier or kept the extra charges more reasonable. Probably won’t use it again unless I really have to...

"Easy check-in and a good overall experience"
Getting in was easy, and check-in didn’t take long at all. The staff found our booking quickly and told us where to go, which made things simple. There was just a little bit of confusion at the gate, just a small mix-up, but nothing too serious. Overall, it was a good experience

I had a problem with my booking and, the support took quite a while to get back to me. I started assuming it was probably just one of those situations where requests pile up and responses slow down, but when they finally replied, it still didn’t really solve everything. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but I do think they need to be quicker and more helpful when customers run into issues.

In the end, the coupons worked just fine for me. I tried the codes at checkout and they went through without any issues, so I was happy with the savings
